If you don't already
have the dnl reader browser plug-in installed, you will receive a notice to
download an active X plug-in. This is the reader (similar to Acrobat reader) and
will not harm your computer.
Press F11 key for full screen viewing and scroll down to fully view book and control bar.
Press F11 key again to return to the browser window.
